Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Runner, and Cyclist

Amanda became deeply committed to yoga and physical fitness after a cycling accident left her with a metal plate in her left elbow. As she grew stronger and more aware of the effects that yoga and training had her mind, body, and spirit, she was compelled to take a teacher training which she completed at Studio 34 Yoga. After 6 years pursuing a career in web development, she quit her desk job in order to dedicate her life to helping others who are struggling with trauma, addiction or body dysmorphia.

Amanda's style of training encompasses proprioception-based core training with functional, fluid movements. She specializes in body leverage/body-weight training, core conditioning, suspension training, injury prevention, low back pain, sports specific training, special populations including senior and youth fitness, and weight loss.
